Beleza by the Beach

This resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort. Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out. We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm. Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly.

Visited for 4 nights in July, which is the wettest month in Goa (monsoon rains). The property is well situated on the beach front (with access), Nazare restaurant with a beach view. The facilities included well maintained swimming pool, play area with table tennis table and a air hockey table, kids play room and outdoor swings alongside. Food at the restaurant is quite good and buffet spread is a leaving affair. Staff is quite courteous and helpful as well. With one kid with us, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They have their own restaurant (Juju) closeby where they arrange for a transport to and fro, that restaurant has good options. The only improvement needed in my opinion is the checkout bill settlement, where I made two visits even then they could not get the correct amount. I had to wait for more than half hour just for them to figure out details. Would recommend this place, esp. in larger groups or with family.

Nice place with very friendly staff. Good food and a short walk to a private beach. We happened to visit in Manson. The stayed at suite/villa to maximize our family time. The build quality of building is good. We did celebrate a birthday and Arvind and his team did a good job creating nice towel decorations. The electricity fluctuates even thought they have generator but it sometimes ruins night sleep. Also during dining we struggled with mosquitoes. They may solve these in the future. Apart from that we enjoyed staying here. Things I uniquely identify about this place: greenery, friendly staff, in-room dinings, nice free breakfast buffet, umbrellas, partitioned pool, club house etc.

@BelezaByTheBeach never ceases to amaze. This was our 2nd visit to Beleza and everything once again blew us away. Perfect getaway for families, especially kids are meant to get emperor treatment Some best points - 1. Hygiene & Facility wise top notch. 2. Rooms are bigger than most and ample space for kids to roam around, with balcony. 3. a);Two restaurants Tentaco & Nazare has the best in class cuisines from indian, continental, chinese everything we tasted were awesome - could not remember where I had such tender & juicy mutton roganjosh last time. Salute to Chef & team . Apt amount of spices used which makes it suited to kids also. 3. b) 2nd resto Nazare is a perfect sundowner, located beach facing. 3. c) The decadent spread of breakfast has almost everything one can look for. 4. Private beach, pool, spa, Kids play area everything at one stop. 5. Very cordial team everywhere & always ready to help. 6. Everything made available for kids/toddlers from bath tub, cot, sterilizer etc. 7. Terrace suite with Jacuzzi is best for couples looking for privacy. One major missing this time was the "Lamb Kofti" which we had tried during our 2020 visit, although the menu has been revamped now and had to manage with the other available options which were equally delicious . Overall 5 star stay and great value for money. Will surely come back again. Heartfelt Thanks to entire Beleza team for making our vacation worth remembering.

We visited this place in the first week of June just when the rain started. Beautiful location, beautiful interiors the rooms were spacious and comfortable the property in itself had a lot of greenery and was very very close to the beach. The property had almost its own private beach at a 2 minute walking distance. The beach in itself was very very clean and with hardly any people. Very good food, very good service. To sum it up Location 10 / 10 Ambience 10/10 Food 10/10 Service 10/10 The only drawback was that, the property provided filtered water in the room, it would have been nice if they had provided packaged drinking water.

We were simply amazed by the property and access to clean beach. Breakfast menu was good too and found ambience inside to be very close to nature. Rooms especially the washrooms totally floored us. However I would want to hi-light that progress of a business depends not only on infra but also the staff that manages it. We were served spoiled Ketchup ( the sauce was all bubbly and foamy) at Nazare which is the restaurant at beach. A simple check of quality by the staff would have sufficed. I am sad to say that we also lost 6 hours of broad day light and sum of rs 4500 due to staff’s negligence. Actually we were first given room num 101 for our stay but we switched to 111 for better views. However I missed my car key in the room. After reporting this next morning , we were told in couple of hours at the reception desk that room number 101 has been checked and no key has been found. Unaware of the local services there we had to search for local car key maker from Margao, we arranged for it paying Rs 4500 and lost a good deal of time which we had planned to visit south Goa beaches. In the very same evening I got a call from Raju who came across the key search request and he informed me that key had indeed been found in 101 and the room was not checked earlier as it was occupied. Basically we were lied to in the fact the room was even checked in the morning. We raised this issue with manager Mona next day and no help came forth regarding the reimbursement of Rs 4500 which happened due to the negligence and wrong communication from the staff.

Excellent stay, amazingly courteous staff. And staying with family, it felt like staying at home. The property is very well maintained with unique decorations. Breakfast spread is vast. Nazare by the beach disappointed a bit with poor service though the view made up for it. Paddy Bar is one of the highlights of the property!!!! Loved it and would definitely be back again
